Konstantin Putrya was included in the list of recommended arbitrators of the Russian Arbitration Center (RAC) with a specialisation in International Sale and Purchase, Insurance, Shipping.

In 2017, the Russian Arbitration Center at the Russian Institute of Modern Arbitration became one of the first and few arbitration institutions in the Russian Federation which received the status of a permanent arbitration institution (PAI) under the order of the Government of the Russian Federation.

Maria Erokhova, counsel at NAVICUS.LAW, has also long been included in the list of recommended arbitrators of the RAC in a number of areas of specialisation.

Konstantin Putrya says that “the Arbitration Rules of the Russian Arbitration Center are one of the most progressive rules that reflect main global trends in the arbitration. It is a great honour for me to be included in the list of RAC arbitrators.”

Several years ago, Konstantin was included in the list of the London Maritime Arbitrators Association (LMAA) as a Supporting Member. He acted both as an arbitrator and legal representative of the parties to international arbitration disputes. Konstantin was also noted among the leaders of the individual legal rating of the Russian newspaper “Kommersant” and Best Lawyers.
