Experience
- Tort disputes over ship collisions, landings, bulk, and damage to port infrastructure, including the largest case in the modern history of the Russian Federation with claims over 60 million US dollars, which ended in a record settlement agreement with a compensation amount of about 25 million US dollars.
- Disputes from contractual relations for the carriage of goods, freight forwarding, time charters, bunkering, shipbuilding, and ship repair, including cases of damage and loss of cargo, for example, a successful practice-forming case of damage and loss of cargo and a counterclaim of the shipowner for the recovery of demurrage.
