Posidonia is a premier maritime trade fair attracting over 2,000 exhibitors from 92 countries and more than 30,000 visitors, including shipowners, P&I clubs, representatives of the legal profession and other industries.
He shares his insights on the conference topics: "Russian shipowners have faced well-known constraints in conducting international business over the past few years. Our clients frequently seek guidance on how to optimize the geography of maritime transportation and safeguard assets in emergency situations. We advise paying attention to increased risks in the field of marine insurance associated with crew errors (human factor), as well as in war zones. No less pressing are the issues of sanctions restrictions within the framework of cross-border payments, which may require the development of appropriate protective legal mechanisms."
