Managing Partner Konstantin Krasnokutskiy and Partner Konstantin Putrya visited the Singapore International Arbitration Centre, which has been rapidly gaining popularity among Russian companies.
Official statistics show that the number of SIAC disputes involving Russian parties has doubled in the past year. In 2023, there were only 11 such cases, whereas in 2024 the figure rose to 25.

He believes the centre combines neutrality and predictability, while being less exposed to sanctions than European arbitration centres.
