At the request of one of the parties to a commercial dispute, Konstantin Krasnokutskiy, Managing Partner of NAVICUS.LAW, prepared an expert opinion on the particularities of the application of Russian “counter-sanctions.” He was subsequently invited to testify at the oral hearing.
