The guide represents a unique database that includes leading Russian arbitrators who meet international standards and are qualified to handle both domestic and cross-border disputes.
The project’s creators emphasize that they have developed a user-friendly system for selecting suitable arbitrators for disputes involving Russia and beyond. The guide allows users to explore each potential arbitrator’s experience, current and former professional affiliations, industry expertise, and procedural preferences.
To be listed in the guide, one must:
- Have at least five years of practical experience in arbitration or have served as an arbitrator in no fewer than three cases;
- Provide either two recommendations from members of the Advisory Board or a recommendation from an arbitral institution.
