Our partner, Konstantin Putrya, participated in the 2nd DRC Forum “It's Time to Build” on 22-24 April 2025. The event focused on construction contract management and the resolution of construction disputes, bringing together leading professionals from the infrastructure, energy, maritime, and legal sectors.
This year’s programme covered a broad range of topics, including port infrastructure development, the impact of sanctions on construction contracts, the role of economic and technical expertise in arbitration, and dispute resolution under construction and equipment supply contracts for major projects, among others.
