Our partner Konstantin Putrya is going to speak on judicial and extrajudicial issues of bunkering companies’ rights protection at the upcoming 17th All-Russia Bunker Forum.
Based on his practical experience, Konstantin will provide a general analysis of possible legal tools to protect the interests of bunker operators. He will also analyse common issues found in case law and contracts in the field of civil law regulation of bunkering relations. Recommendations will be given on how to reduce legal risks and ensure protection of bunkerers’ rights and interests.
