Representative Experience
- Advised a Russian tax resident on holding assets in the UAE, including taxation of controlled foreign companies (CFC), investment income, and real estate, taking into account the provisions of interstate agreements and Russian currency control regulations.
- Out-of-court settlement of a conflict between the Committee on State Control Use and Protection of Historical and Cultural Landmarks, the owner of a cultural heritage object, and a lessee of commercial premises, which arose in the course of restoration and repair works on the building.
- Providing full legal support to a group of companies, directly handling: incorporation, reorganisation and liquidation of businesses; drafting and negotiating agreements with counterparties; resolving disputes through claims and litigation.
