For instance, he represented a prominent Russian insurer in settling general average losses amounting to $6 million.

- Acted for a major Russian insurance company in the settlement of $6 million in general average losses.
- Defended a leading Russian engineering company against claims exceeding ₽1 billion.
- Structured the business model of one of the largest shipping lines in the Russian Far East.
- Advised and represented a client in commercial court proceedings over the purchase price reduction of a stake in a port-owning entity.
- Acted for a major Russian shipowner in a claim seeking to recover ₽400 million in damages from a German engine manufacturer.
- Represented foreign pharmaceutical companies in the bankruptcy of a major Russian pharmaceutical distributor. The aggregate value of the clients’ claims amounted to ₽3 billion.
